abcd Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Certain words and phrases used in this document carry a specific meaning. Understanding these meanings is important, as they form the basis of the entire agreement.

• "Platform" refers to the abcd website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on abcd.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created on the platform in the user's name.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games and all related features provided by abcd.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to the amount of money placed on a particular outcome.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of money in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional funds or benefits provided by abcd subject to specified conditions.

In this document, "we", "us" or "the Company" refers to the organisation operating the abcd platform. "You", "your" or "user" refers to the person using this platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on abcd and use its services, the following conditions must be met:

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be 21 years of age or older to participate in any abcd service. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account cancellation, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled. Multiple members of the same household using the same device or network may be subject to review.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and your own. abcd reserves the right to close any account opened with false or incorrect information at any time. For identity verification (KYC) purposes, you may be required to submit a national ID card, passport or other documents.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

abcd's services are operated for users residing in Bangladesh. Accessing the platform or operating an account from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted.

3. Account Management

3.1 Security and Password

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Login credentials (username and password) should not be shared with anyone. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify abcd customer support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

abcd may request account verification at any time. This process may require identity documents, proof of address or payment method documentation. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions or logins for an extended period (generally more than 12 months), the account may be marked as inactive. If any maintenance fee applies to the balance of an inactive account, this will be communicated in advance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for an abcd account is ৳500. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal processing typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Depositing from another person's account or withdrawing to another person's name is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

abcd offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. This bonus is not cash — it is a matching reward that can be withdrawn only after meeting the specified wagering requirements.

Example: If someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus funds, a wager of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

Another example: If ৳40,200 is deposited, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳60,200. To withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳20,000 × 15 = ৳3,00,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time from the date the bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• abcd reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5.3 VIP Cashback

abcd's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier. Example: A Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. Cashback is the applicable rate on the week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been finalised. A confirmed bet is entirely the user's responsibility. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, abcd reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change up until the event begins. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds for that bet remain unchanged. For live betting, bets may be reassessed under special circumstances (such as a match being suspended).

6.3 Result Determination

For sports betting, bet outcomes will be determined based on the official results announced by the relevant authority (such as ICC or the BPL committee). For casino games, the outcome produced by the game engine is final.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to server issues or internet disconnection, abcd will review the session data and make a decision. The platform's decision in such cases will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abcd. Engaging in any of them will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
2. Creating artificial betting patterns to obtain bonuses (bonus abuse).
3. Attempting to hack the platform's systems or make unauthorised changes to the software.
4. Using automated tools, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
5. Using the account for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
6. Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
7. Operating an account under a false identity.
8. Behaving inappropriately towards or threatening abcd staff.

8. Responsible Gaming

abcd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a means of earning money. We want every member to play consciously and in a controlled manner. In the responsible gaming guide you can find details on setting your own limits, self-exclusion and how to get support.

• Users can set their own deposit limits.
• A temporary account break feature is available.
• Long-term self-exclusion requests can be made — once activated, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends.
• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, please seek support.

If someone under 21 could access your device or account, make sure your account is protected with a password.

9. Personal Information and Privacy

Details of how abcd collects, stores and uses your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you are also considered to have accepted that policy.

• abcd does not sell your information to third parties.
• Information may be provided to authorities if there is a legal obligation to do so.
• All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.
• To request correction or deletion of your information, please contact customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

abcd is committed to running its services as smoothly as possible. However, in certain situations, service may be disrupted due to reasons beyond abcd's control.

• abcd is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server downtime or internet connection issues.
• abcd bears limited responsibility for issues related to third-party software (game providers).
• If a bet or game is left incomplete due to a problem with the user's own internet connection or device, the user bears that responsibility.
• In the event of an unforeseen situation (natural disaster, government directive, etc.) requiring services to be suspended, advance notice will be provided where possible.

11. Service Suspension and Account Closure

11.1 Closure by abcd

abcd may suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.

An attempt will be made to notify the user before closing an account; however, in cases of serious violations, closure may occur without notice.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any balance remaining in the account before closure, though only the portion for which wagering requirements have been met may be withdrawn.

12. Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to Terms

abcd may update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. Please check this page regularly.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

12.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions have been drafted and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any separate terms for specific promotions together form the entire agreement between abcd and the user.
